Emotional Freedom Technique or commonly known as Tapping. Tapping helps you access your body’s energy and send signals to the part of the brain that controls stress, to help bring about changes to our emotional or physical state. It works by gently tapping on acupressure points and help to balance out disturbances in our energetic system (meridians) which can bring about positive changes in our emotional and physical state. EFT helps to relieve the pain of past trauma and upsetting memories, that are held consciously and subconsciously and have a negative effect on our lives, creating fears, phobias and unnecessary stresses, that can ultimately lead to physical and pain, by letting go of the memory and associated feelings related to the memory. This will ultimately stop the emotional attachment of those events.
